On-Line Bookings
Participants can book their hotel room when registering for the congress or
here
(up to 5 rooms per delegate). If you wish to reserve more than 5 rooms, please

Booking Policy
All requests will be handled on a “first come-first served
basis”. Deadline for hotel bookings is 17 April 2009. After
this deadline, requests will be accepted, however, hotel
accommodation is subject to availability. Furthermore,
after this deadline, bookings are only possible against full
payment by credit card and a late booking fee of Euro (€)
30 will be charged.
Hotel Desk
Congrex Hotel Function will be present with a desk in the
registration area during the congress.
